Hamburger steak overcooked and Okra like rocks. Couldn't eat them so hard.

Amazing breakfast, burgers, and hot dogs. The staff is very friendly and the service is very fast. I highly recommend!

I ordered a #4 to go. It was ready when I got there. The nice lady at the register and already put utensils, napkins and syrup in my bag (I didn't have to ask for it). The portion size is great; it took 2 boxes! I actually have leftovers. The grits had a couple lumps, but that's to be expected. I like my grits a little thicker but that's just a personal preference. The pancakes were big and fluffy. I can tell someone made them with love. It wasn't busy when I went. I think this is a great place for a casual family outing.

Today I tried the hamburger steak with brown gravy, cornbread, black-eyed peas & fried okra. The hamburger patty you can tell was already prepared, not cooked on the spot, and gravy with fried onions added. My cornbread was hot, had great taste and complimented the meal. The black eyed peas were from a can, not cooked fresh. The fried okra was phenomenal, which added value to the overall plate. Service is quick and waitresses seem very friendly. My only complaint is the banana pudding had run out, seems to be an issue as it happened on my last visit as well. Overall it has a hometown feel and fair prices. I look forward to reviewing this establishment each time I visit on various food options.

Well, was looking forward to seeing place that called itself Bama Burger. Everyone pleasant but I watched as the older guy cooking put a precooked beef Patty on the griddle and layed the cheese on top. No gloves by the way ever observed. Fries nice and freshly cooked, seasoned well. Burger not good, dry and overcooked. Very disappointed.

No nonsense home cooked burgers for a good price and served up quick. Mine was a little heavy on the onions, needed a little bit of salt, and it was a tad too hot to eat right when I got it, but other that it fit the bill for a nice change up from your typical fast food joints. I'd like to try their breakfast foods next time.

Our walking group enjoyed fabulous breakfast this morning! Great home cooked food, fast and friendly service, good prices, nice laid back atmosphere! Staff knowledgeable. Omelettes were yummy, perfect grits, pancakes large and fluffy. French toast, ham, eggs, bacon all good, large portions. Our new favorite place for weekend breakfast. Look forward to trying burgers and meat and veggies for lunch soon.

Great food. Good service. I come here very often. I love the Ruben they make. If you are looking for "Big-o-back yard" type burger, then search no more. Bama burgers is the place. Surprising fast for the quality of food you receive. The chicken salad is amazing. Mark this spot down on your list of places you've got to try.

Wonderful lunch and great service.

Food isn't very good, had some terrible biscuits and gravy yesterday and a cardboard tasting mushroom and Swiss omlet this morning. Ate there two mornings in a row because I started a job next door. After breakfast this morning they told me to get out if I was just gonna sit there despite having spent money there (work didn't start for me for about and hour more).

I guess if ya like it out of a bag or poured directly out of a can and served like bland hospital food then this place is for you. A good old Church cookbook would be helpful for the cooks.
